Refund & Returns Policy

• In case of purchase of home delivery products, must check in front of the delivery man. If a problem appears later, the product is covered only by its warranty (where a warranty applies), not by an exchange.
• In the case of ordering online, after receiving the product, if any manufacturing issues or problems are noticed or discovered then the customer must inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service. However, the product must not be scratched and the product box must be intact otherwise it won't be returnable.
• After receiving the online order product from the delivery man, if the box looks like it is not the product you ordered, then please do not open or damage the box. If you open the box, use the product or damage the box, the product cannot be returned.
• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please bring it to our office. Our specialists will inspect it first and then arrange a replacement where one is needed.
• If the buyer wishes to exchange a defective product through the delivery person, only the courier charge applies. If the product is found broken or burnt after delivery, the buyer bears full responsibility for it.
• If a customer is buying any product from BDIT Website after reading the description and provided information about the particular product and is received successfully without any faults and later if the product is not compatible with your setup or if you do not want it anymore, then you will not be allowed to change or return the product.
• After purchasing Digital Services or Digital Products, a return or refund won't be applicable.
• Refunds will be applicable if any Digital Services or Digital Products are paid for without being ordered.
• Product changes can be made until the ordered product is confirmed.
• If we fail to deliver an ordered product, the buyer will be refunded the price.
• With specific reasoning, product(s) will be allowed to be returned and refunded back to you within 3 to 10 working days and in the case of Online payment gateway SSLCOMMERZ, they will apply their own refund terms.
• Except Cash, Refund charges are applicable for All kinds of Mobile Financial Services/ Online Gateway / POS payment refunds.
• If a product arrives broken or with a torn package, please do not accept it from the courier. If you accept a product damaged in transit, you do so at your own risk and later complaints cannot be accepted.
• If the customer gets any cashback at the time of payment, the cashback amount will be deducted while making the refund.

The reasons for which the use of our digital services or digital products is prohibited are described below (in such cases refunds will not be applicable).

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or national regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet.
• To collect or track the personal information of others.
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape.
• For any obscene or immoral purpose.
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
