This website

• If you use a contact or quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your budget range (optional), your message, the time of the request and your IP address. We email these details to info@bdit.xyz so that we can reply. We do not use them for anything else.
• To limit spam, we keep only the times of recent submissions for each IP address (the address itself is stored as a hash).
• This website does not set cookies. Your language and light/dark theme choices are saved in your own browser and are not sent to us.
• The website is delivered through Cloudflare (CDN and security service). Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and may collect anonymous traffic statistics.

Client accounts and digital services

• We collect some personal information about our website visitors and users. Among the most common types of information we gather are: user names, membership names, and email addresses. In some cases of providing digital services or digital product offerings, we may request government-issued identification (passport/national ID/driving license/trade license) to prevent misuse of services or products. We also store proof of your address (utility bills) for verification purposes.
• Our client portal may use cookies so that it can recognise your account. This website itself does not set cookies.
• We do not sell any user data to advertisers.
• Updating/Modifying Personal Information: If a customer's information changes, or if a customer no longer wants our services, we will try to provide ways to update, modify, or delete that customer's personal information from our records. For this, you can email us at sales@bdit.xyz.
• Bank or mobile banking passwords, verification codes, etc., are not stored in our database. Our website is SSL certified for maximum security during payment transactions.
